Nintendo has announced two new Nintendo Switch 2 bundles. The new Nintendo Switch 2 + Nintendo Switch Sports Resort Bundle launches October 22. It’ll cost $724.99 CAD in Canada and $529.99 USD in the United States. It includes the console, a digital copy of Nintendo Switch Sports Resort and three months of Nintendo Switch Online.
A dedicated Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle is also returning in late September. It’ll cost $749.99 CAD in Canada and $549.99 USD in the U.S. This brings back the Mario Kart World bundle offered when Nintendo Switch 2 launched. The new version also includes three months of Nintendo Switch Online.
The timing is notable. Both bundles arrive after the standard Nintendo Switch 2 price increases on September 1. Nintendo is also still offering its limited-time Choose Your Game Bundle while supplies last. That package includes a choice of Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza or Pokémon Pokopia.
Nintendo Switch Sports Resort Launches October 22
Nintendo Switch Sports Resort was first announced during the June Nintendo Direct and takes the series back to Wuhu Island. The new entry includes 12 sports built around Joy-Con 2 motion controls.
The lineup includes Boxing, Table Tennis, Archery, Tennis, Volleyball, Bowling, Basketball, Golf and Thumb Wrestling. Leisure sports include Skateboarding, Power Cruising and Prop Plane. You can also use Jump Rope as a warm-up activity before jumping into the sports.
You’ll be able to create and customize a Sportsmate or Mii character and play online or offline. Nintendo says more details about how many people can play together online will be shared later.

Nintendo Switch Sports Resort Bundle Pricing Confirmed for Canada and U.S.
The Nintendo Switch 2 + Nintendo Switch Sports Resort Bundle launches alongside the game on October 22. It costs $724.99 CAD in Canada and $529.99 USD in the United States.
The package includes:
- Nintendo Switch 2
- Nintendo Switch Sports Resort digital download
- Three-month Nintendo Switch Online Individual Membership
Nintendo says the bundle represents $36.98 CAD in savings in Canada and $27.98 USD in savings in the U.S. compared with purchasing everything separately. Actual savings can vary by retailer, and the bundle will be available while supplies last.
Pre-orders are coming soon through the Nintendo Store, Nintendo eShop and participating retailers.
Mario Kart World Bundle Returns in Late September
Nintendo is also bringing back a dedicated Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle in late September.
Nintendo Switch 2 originally launched on June 5, 2025 with a Mario Kart World bundle. In Canada, that package sold for $699.99 CAD and included the console and a digital copy of Mario Kart World.
The new version costs $749.99 CAD in Canada and $549.99 USD in the U.S. It includes the console, a digital copy of Mario Kart World and a three-month Nintendo Switch Online Individual Membership. Nintendo puts the savings at $51.98 CAD and $37.98 USD, respectively.
Nintendo is also still offering a separate, limited-time Choose Your Game Bundle. It includes a Nintendo Switch 2 and a download code that can be redeemed for your choice of Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza or Pokémon Pokopia. Nintendo lists the promotion as available while supplies last, with end dates varying by retailer.
New Bundles Arrive After Nintendo Switch 2 Price Increase
Both new bundles arrive after the Nintendo Switch 2 price increases on September 1.
In Canada, the system rises from $629.99 CAD to $679.99 CAD. In the United States, it increases from $449.99 USD to $499.99 USD.
That puts the returning Mario Kart World bundle $50 above the original launch bundle in both countries, although the new package also adds a three-month Nintendo Switch Online Individual Membership.
It also gives Nintendo Switch 2 two dedicated game bundles following the summer Choose Your Game promotion. The Mario Kart World bundle arrives first in late September, followed by Nintendo Switch Sports Resort and its Nintendo Switch 2 bundle on October 22.
