Update, March 11, 2026: Cineplex has now confirmed Canadian pricing for the Super Mario Galaxy Movie theatre merch lineup, with items arriving at select theatres starting April 1 while supplies last.
Cineplex has revealed a wider Super Mario Galaxy Movie merch lineup, showing that the previously seen Yoshi popcorn bucket is only one part of a larger theatre collection.
In a new Mar10 Day social post, Cineplex showed a Luma Popcorn Tub, a Yoshi Popcorn Tub, a Square Cup, a Luma Plush Keychain Blind Box, a 32 oz. IML Cup with keychain, and a Square Tin.
Cineplex says the items will be available at select theatres on April 1 while supplies last. The company also says selection may vary by location.
Cineplex has now confirmed the following pricing in Canada:
- Luma Popcorn Tub in three colours: $32.99 CAD
- Yoshi Popcorn Tub: $32.99 CAD
- Luma Plush Keychain Blind Box: $7.99 CAD
- 32 oz. IML Cup with choice of six keychains: $14.99 CAD
- Square Tin in two designs: $15.99 CAD
- Square Cup: $9.99 CAD
The Yoshi Bucket Was Only Part Of It
Earlier this week, Cineplex revealed the Yoshi popcorn bucket. At the time, that looked like the main theatre collectible. The new Mar10 Day images and Cineplex's follow-up details show the company has a much bigger merch push planned for opening week.
The biggest new item is the Luma Popcorn Tub. Cineplex showed Luma designs in yellow, pink, and blue, with the blue version holding popcorn. That gives the promotion another bucket-style item and pushes the galaxy side of the movie much harder. Cineplex has priced both the Luma tubs and the Yoshi tub at $32.99 CAD.

Cineplex also showed a Square Cup with movie branding and character pieces tied to Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi. Another image shows a 32 oz. IML Cup with charms based on Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, Bowser Jr., and Yoshi. The Square Cup is priced at $9.99 CAD, while the larger cup with keychain is priced at $14.99 CAD.
The Smaller Pieces Fill Out The Lineup
The Luma Plush Keychain Blind Box gives Cineplex a cheaper collectible option at $7.99 CAD. Cineplex says there are five colours plus an exclusive chase colour. If you're trying to find a specific one, the blind box format adds some luck to the hunt.

Cineplex also revealed a Square Tin in two designs, priced at $15.99 CAD, alongside the previously shown Super Mario Galaxy Movie popcorn tin artwork. Put the tin, cups, keychains, and popcorn tubs together, and this now reads as a full theatre merch rollout rather than a single add-on.

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie Merchandise at Cineplex Launches April 1, 2026
The clearest new update is that Cineplex has now put pricing on the full lineup while locking in the April 1 launch at select theatres. The Luma tubs and Yoshi tub sit at the top end of the range at $32.99 CAD, while the cups, tins, and blind-box keychains give you a few less expensive options.
It also turns the earlier Yoshi bucket reveal into the first sign of a broader rollout, not the whole story. Alongside the movie's latest trailer and voice cast details, the merchandising push around the film is clearly picking up ahead of release.
With Cineplex warning that supplies will be limited and selection may vary by theatre, some locations could get more pieces than others. If you're after a specific tub, cup, tin, or keychain, opening day may be your best shot.
