| Nex Playground teases its upcoming Dude Perfect motion-based game, scheduled to launch on Play Pass in summer 2026. |
By Juli Scarr
Nex Playground has announced a new partnership with Dude Perfect that will bring a motion-based trick-shot game to the platform in summer 2026. The upcoming title will launch exclusively on Nex Playground and expands the system’s growing lineup of sports-focused experiences.
The collaboration was revealed alongside Nex’s broader Nex Playground CES 2026 showcase, where the company outlined its plans for new content, partnerships, and platform features heading into next year.
A Motion-Based Take on Dude Perfect’s Trick-Shot Style
The upcoming game is designed to translate Dude Perfect’s signature trick-shot challenges into motion-powered gameplay that families can play together at home. While specific mechanics haven’t been detailed yet, Nex says the experience will focus on physical movement and accessible play rather than traditional controller-based input.
The game will feature elements inspired by Dude Perfect’s long-running video content, including appearances from the group and their Panda mascot. Nex has positioned the project as part of its wider push into sports and active play, one of the platform’s fastest-growing content categories.
Expanding Nex Playground’s Sports Lineup
Dude Perfect joins Nex Playground’s expanding roster of sports-focused partners. The platform already includes titles like NHL Puck Rush, with additional sports games planned through 2026.
Nex has also indicated that more sports-related content is in development, including projects tied to professional leagues such as the NBA. The Dude Perfect partnership represents a more creator-driven approach to sports gameplay, leaning into personality and spectacle rather than simulation.
Launching in Summer 2026
The Dude Perfect game is currently scheduled to launch in summer 2026, with no pricing or access details shared yet. Nex has not confirmed whether the title will be included with Play Pass or offered separately.
For now, the announcement offers an early look at how Nex Playground plans to blend creator-led entertainment with motion-based family gaming as it continues to build out its 2026 content lineup.
