This week's Nintendo Download, has a lot going on. Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection and WWE 2K26 both launch on Nintendo Switch 2 tomorrow, March 13. FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE is out right now on Nintendo Switch 2. MLB The Show 26 pre-orders are open ahead of a March 17 launch on Nintendo Switch. On the classics side, Mario vs. Donkey Kong is now available for Game Boy Advance on Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack, and two Virtual Boy titles are joining the Nintendo Classics lineup as well. There's a lot to cover this week, so let's get into it.

Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection

Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection launches tomorrow on Nintendo Switch 2. The setup puts you as a Rider in a world hit by environmental disaster. A newly hatched monster is carrying a symbol of misfortune, which is enough to drag two neighbouring kingdoms toward war over it. The heirs of those kingdoms head into forbidden ground to find the truth, and that's where your story begins. It's the third entry in the turn-based RPG branch of the Monster Hunter series, which built its appeal around forming bonds with monsters and working through battle strategy rather than real-time combat.

WWE 2K26

WWE 2K26 also launches March 13 on Nintendo Switch 2. This one's bringing the largest roster in franchise history, over 400 playable Superstars and Legends spanning multiple eras. New match types are in, Universe mode is back, and MyFACTION has been expanded. Pre-ordering the Standard Edition gets you the Joe Hendry Pack. For anyone who's been keeping up with WWE, the roster size is going to be the headline. That's a lot of options whether you're building dream cards or just running through the modes.

FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE

FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE is available now on Nintendo Switch 2. The original came out in 2003 and it's one of the more genuinely unsettling games of that era. Two sisters get lost in a ruined village. There's a forgotten ritual, a dark history, and a camera that can fight ghosts. That camera, the Camera Obscura, is still the core of everything here. You find ghosts, photograph them, and the more direct your shot, the more damage you deal. The remake brings the whole thing forward visually. If you've never played it, this is the version to start with. If you have and you're wondering how much has changed, it's worth finding out.

Nintendo Classics

Mario vs. Donkey Kong is now available for Game Boy Advance on Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack. Donkey Kong has stolen Mini-Mario toys, and it's up to Mario to chase him down through a set of increasingly tricky puzzle-platformer levels. Switches, conveyor belts, and hammers are all part of it. Collect all the Mini-Marios in each world and lead them to safety before you can take on DK himself. It's a good pick for the GBA library.

Two Virtual Boy titles are joining the Nintendo Classics lineup this week as well: Mario's Tennis and Mario Clash, both from 1995. Mario's Tennis is singles and tournament tennis with Mario and friends. Mario Clash is a platformer where you throw Koopa shells at enemies across foreground and background planes. Neither one is going to be anyone's main game this week, but Virtual Boy titles aren't exactly easy to come by, and there's something worth seeing in how they used the hardware. Both are available now for Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members.

Pre-Orders Now Open

MLB The Show 26

MLB The Show 26 launches on Nintendo Switch on March 17, and pre-orders are open now. This year's big addition is the officially licensed Men's NCAA College World Series, which lets you take a player from high school through college ball and into the majors. Road to The Show has been updated, Franchise mode goes deeper, and there's more customisation across the board. Pre-ordering on Nintendo eShop includes a Gold Choice Pack. If you go for the Digital Deluxe Edition, you get up to four days of early access, which puts you in before March 17.

Nintendo Today and the Mario Kart World Open Series

Nintendo Today is running a Super Mario Galaxy Movie card collecting event starting now through June 10. Open the app each day and tap the card to add it to your collection. There are 40 different cards to find. Collect your first set of three before May 31 and you get 100 My Nintendo Platinum Points. If you've already been using Nintendo Today for the Super Mario Galaxy Movie content that's been rolling out, this ties directly into that.

Mario Kart World My Nintendo Open Series Week 2 is also live now. This week's event is Coin Runners. You can screenshot your best moments from the event and post them with #MAR10Day on social.

Nintendo Music

The Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury soundtrack is now on Nintendo Music. World Clear!, Mystery House Entrance, Snowball Park, and more are all in there. It's one of the better recent Mario soundtracks and it's easy to put on whenever you're not actually playing. Worth adding to your library if you've been playing either game lately.

Nintendo eShop Sales On Nintendo Switch And Nintendo Switch 2

The MAR10 Day Sale is running now and ends March 15 at 11:59 p.m. PT. There are savings on select Mario titles across Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, so if anything on your list is in the sale, Saturday is your deadline. You can browse the full list on Nintendo's sales and deals page.
