| Hasbro and Legendary have partnered on Street Fighter toys tied to the upcoming 2026 movie. |

Hasbro is stepping back into the Street Fighter ring. The company has announced a new licensing partnership with Legendary Entertainment that will result in a line of Street Fighter toys, action figures, and collectibles tied to the upcoming live-action Street Fighter film set to release on October 16, 2026.
The collaboration is designed to connect the movie’s theatrical release with a physical toy line, extending Street Fighter’s presence beyond the screen and into retail in the lead-up to the film’s launch.
A Familiar Return for Hasbro and Street Fighter
This partnership isn’t a first meeting for Hasbro and Street Fighter. The company previously produced a well-known line of Street Fighter II: The World Warrior action figures, vehicles, and playsets during the arcade era, helping bring characters like Ryu, Ken, and Chun-Li into homes at a time when the series was exploding in popularity.
Hasbro frames the new deal as a return to that legacy rather than a fresh start. The company says its history with the franchise gives it a strong foundation for translating Street Fighter’s characters into modern toys while staying true to what made them iconic in the first place.
Toys Timed With a Major Movie Push
The new toy line is being positioned alongside Legendary’s live-action Street Fighter movie, which is shaping up to be one of the biggest video game adaptations this year. While Hasbro hasn’t shared specific product details yet, the lineup is expected to include action figures and collectibles based on the film’s versions of the characters.
Legendary has made consumer products a bigger part of its recent film projects, and Street Fighter looks set to follow the same approach. Tying toys directly to the movie helps keep the franchise visible in the months leading up to release, especially for fans who grew up with Street Fighter across arcades, consoles, and competitive play.
More information about the toy lineup is expected to be revealed closer to launch.
A Stacked Cast for Street Fighter’s Big-Screen Return
The Street Fighter movie itself is already drawing attention thanks to its cast. The film includes Noah Centineo as Ken, Andrew Koji as Ryu, Callina Liang as Chun-Li, Joe “Roman Reigns” Anoaʻi as Akuma, David Dastmalchian as M. Bison, Cody Rhodes as Guile, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson as Balrog, and Jason Momoa as Blanka.
With a wide mix of actors, athletes, and crossover stars, the movie is clearly aiming for broad appeal, and the toy line gives Hasbro a chance to tap into that same audience.
Street Fighter Keeps Expanding Beyond Gaming
Between games, esports, film adaptations, and now toys again, the franchise continues to find new ways to stay part of the conversation.
If you grew up with Street Fighter, Hasbro making toys again feels like a throwback. If the movie’s your first touchpoint, this is just another way to get pulled in.
