PlayStation has announced a new special-edition DualSense Wireless Controller themed around Genshin Impact, and it looks like a perfect fit for fans gearing up for Version Luna III on PlayStation 5. Pre-orders open December 11, with the controller launching in waves across global regions starting in January 2026.

This limited edition model features a clean white base with gold and green accents, along with glyphs and symbols tied to Genshin Impact’s world. The design highlights the Traveler twins, Aether and Lumine, along with Paimon, making it a collectible piece for long-time fans.

Sony worked closely with HoYoverse on the design. Wenyi Jin, President of Global Publishing and Operation at HoYoverse, shared that the controller celebrates years of adventures in Teyvat and the memories the community has built together.

Version Luna III arrives soon on PS5, bringing Durin as a new playable character and new story content in Nod-Krai. The controller ties into this next chapter, offering fans another way to dive into the world of Genshin Impact while enjoying the DualSense features that PS5 users already know well. That includes haptic feedback, fast loading, and support for 4K visuals when exploring Teyvat.

The Genshin Impact Limited Edition DualSense controller will retail for $84.99 USD / €84.99 / £74.99 / ¥12,480 and will be available in limited quantities.
