Bethesda Game Studios has officially revealed that its next Elder Scrolls game is called The Elder Scrolls VI: Sentinel. The name and logo were unveiled on November 3rd during Bethesda's 40th-anniversary celebration, over eight years after the original announcement.

And there's already new merchandise to go with the announcement. The Official Bethesda Gear Store has launched a Sentinel T-shirt and hoodie featuring the game's newly revealed logo. Both are available to order now.

Sentinel Title Reveal Points to Hammerfell

Bethesda executive producer Todd Howard introduced the new name near the end of the anniversary video. He reflected on the studio's history, acknowledged how often fans ask about The Elder Scrolls VI, and said the anniversary was the right time to reveal its name.

The brief teaser doesn't show gameplay, and Bethesda hasn't announced a release date or confirmed platforms. It includes a passage attributed to Yazar, Moth Priest to High Queen Iradne of Hammerfell. It's dated 4E 206 in the Elder Scrolls timeline.

The Hammerfell reference gives us something concrete about the game's setting, even though Bethesda hasn't shared how much of the region we'll get to explore. Development continues, but it'll be some time before the studio is ready to show more.

Official Sentinel T-Shirt and Hoodie Now Available

If you want something with the new Sentinel logo, the Official Bethesda Gear Store already has two options.

The black, unisex Sentinel T-shirt costs $34.99 USD and is made from 100% combed cotton jersey. The black pullover hoodie costs $64.99 USD and uses a 65% ring-spun cotton and 35% polyester blend. Both feature The Elder Scrolls VI above a larger Sentinel logo across the chest. Bethesda notes that the hoodie fits small and recommends ordering one size larger than usual.

Both items are made to order, and Bethesda asks customers to allow 7 to 14 business days before shipping. You can't cancel or return either one, so it's worth double-checking your size before ordering.

After years of calling it The Elder Scrolls VI, we can finally call it Sentinel. We still don't know when we'll actually get to play it, but Bethesda has already put the new logo on a T-shirt and hoodie.
