Global TV has laid out its primetime highlights for the first half of September 2026, with new episodes, a primetime special, and two season milestones on the schedule. The lineup runs from September 1 through September 15 and includes Big Brother, Kitchen Nightmares, Nation’s Dumbest, and 60 Minutes.
One of the biggest additions is Daughters of 9/11, airing September 11, while 60 Minutes begins its new season September 13. Kitchen Nightmares closes out its season two nights later on September 15.
Global’s programming can also be streamed live and on demand through STACKTV and the Global TV App. Here’s a closer look at the biggest highlights, followed by the full primetime schedule for September 1–15.
Daughters of 9/11 Airs September 11
Global will air the primetime special Daughters of 9/11 on Friday, September 11 at 9 p.m. The special arrives 25 years after the September 11 terrorist attacks.
Elizabeth Miller, Jessica Trant, and FBI Special Agent Frank Pellegrino examine whether Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the man accused of masterminding the attacks, will ever face justice.
60 Minutes Returns as Kitchen Nightmares Ends Its Season
60 Minutes begins its new season on Sunday, September 13. The premiere airs at 7:30 p.m. ET and 7 p.m. PT. An episode title and description aren’t available yet.
Kitchen Nightmares is also on the schedule September 1 and September 8 before its September 15 season finale. On September 1, Gordon Ramsay visits Golden Girls Restaurant, a struggling small-town diner owned by two best friends. The restaurant is dealing with unappealing food and a community that has lost confidence in it.
The September 8 episode, “Lyla’s Family Restaurant Pt 1 & Pt 2,” follows Waleed as he tries to keep his restaurant afloat. Global says the business is struggling with an oversized menu, an overwhelmed kitchen, and food being sent back. Ramsay steps in with a revamped kitchen and other changes, but an emergency on opening day threatens the restaurant’s fresh start.
The season finale airs September 15 at 8 p.m. An episode title and description aren’t available yet.
Big Brother and Nation’s Dumbest Continue in September
Big Brother continues throughout the first half of September, with episodes scheduled for September 2, 3, 6, 9, 10, and 13. The September 13 episode starts at 8:30 p.m., following the 60 Minutes season premiere.
Big Brother: Unlocked also airs September 4 at 8 p.m. The series features exclusive footage from inside the house, extended interviews, surprise guest appearances, and behind-the-scenes access. It also includes a live studio audience for the first time, along with segments that break down gameplay and the competition.
Nation’s Dumbest has two episodes during this period. “Not A Clue” airs September 3 at 9 p.m. as the final four move closer to the Nation’s Dumbest trophy. On September 10, “Family Teacher Conference” brings family members in to watch the celebrities compete.
