Spider-Man: Brand New Day arrives in theatres on July 31, 2026, one day before Spider-Man Day on August 1. That makes it a great weekend to be a Spider-Man fan. LEGO’s seven current Marvel sets range from $12.99 to $139.99 CAD, with builds for ages 4+ to 18+.
Two builds connect directly to Brand New Day. The 813-piece Spider-Man Hero Figure recreates Spider-Man’s new movie appearance. Spider-Man vs. Hulk Epic Clash turns a city fight with Hulk and several villains into a 534-piece playset. The other choices reach into Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker’s apartment, Iron Spider armour and Spidey and His Amazing Friends.
The Spider-Man 2 subway train is still the one that catches my eye first. That runaway train sequence remains one of my favourite Spider-Man movie scenes, and LEGO has condensed it into a 393-piece build with Spider-Man, Doc Ock, Aunt May and J. Jonah Jameson.
Brand New Day Gets Two Large LEGO Spider-Man Builds
The $139.99 CAD Spider-Man Hero Figure is built for anyone who wants the new movie suit to take over a shelf. It stands more than 36 cm tall and has 24 points of articulation, including movable fingers. Detachable webs, a nameplate and a Spider-Man minifigure finish the 813-piece model.
At that size, this isn’t a background decoration. I like that the minifigure beside it makes the full figure look even larger.
Spider-Man vs. Hulk Epic Clash costs $129.99 CAD and takes a more playful direction. Its 534 pieces form a city building with a breakaway wall that exposes Hulk. Spider-Man faces Tarantula, Scorpion and Boomerang, but the hotdog vendor caught in the middle is the small detail that makes the scene more fun.
Doc Ock And Peter Parker Return In Familiar Spider-Man Scenes
The $64.99 CAD Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock Subway Train Scene turns the Spider-Man 2 sequence into a moving build for ages 9+. The removable roof opens the train for play, and attachment points connect Spider-Man’s web to Doc Ock’s mechanical arms. Masked and unmasked Spider-Man heads are included with Aunt May and J. Jonah Jameson.
Peter Parker’s Apartment costs the same amount but centres its 394 pieces on a two-level home. A push-button knocks down part of the building, and the large exterior web can trap a minifigure outside.
I like that the apartment isn’t tied to one specific fight. Spider-Man, Mary Jane, Hobgoblin and Anti-Venom leave more room to create a new scene instead of rebuilding the same movie moment.
Spidey Builds Start At $12.99 For Younger Fans
Spidey on his Motorcycle vs. Rhino is the smallest choice at 61 pieces and $12.99 CAD. The 4+ build pairs Spidey and Rhino with a spider-shaped motorcycle, a pizza oven shooter and a web trap. Large Starter Bricks and picture-based instructions support children learning how LEGO builds come together.
As a parent, I can see the appeal of starting with something this size. It has two recognizable characters and enough action without turning a first build into a long afternoon.
Spidey: Underwater Vehicles is also rated 4+, but its $44.99 CAD price and 154 pieces create three separate builds. Spidey pilots a crab submarine, Ghost-Spider gets a turtle submarine and Doc Ock uses a whale submarine with fin-mounted shooters. One model comes in each bag.
Adult Collectors Get The Iron Spider-Man Bust
The $79.99 CAD LEGO Iron Spider-Man Bust is the only 18+ model among the seven. Its 379 pieces recreate the red-and-gold armour with a rotating head, two movable mechanical arms and interchangeable bases. One base holds the detachable Iron Spider-Man minifigure beside the name plaque.
At just over 17 cm tall, it takes up much less space than the Spider-Man Hero Figure. I’d look at the bust first for a smaller collector piece. The Hero Figure suits anyone who wants Spider-Man to take over the whole shelf.
Spider-Man Day Celebrates More Than The New Movie
Spider-Man: Brand New Day opens July 31, 2026, and Spider-Man Day follows on August 1. The Hero Figure and Hulk Epic Clash are the direct movie tie-ins. The other five sets reach across Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker’s home and Iron Spider armour. Younger builders also get two Spidey and His Amazing Friends sets.
My first choice is still the subway train because it recreates one of my favourite Spider-Man movie scenes. For display, I’d follow it with the Iron Spider-Man Bust. Anyone looking for another Spider-Man build can browse LEGO Canada’s Marvel collection.
