Sony Pictures has released the first Spider‑Man: Brand New Day trailer following a global fan event. Tom Holland led a 24‑hour fan relay that followed the sunrise across the globe. Sony put fans at the center of the trailer launch.
Fans across the globe shared stories about what Spider‑Man means to them. Each revealed a piece of the trailer before tagging the next participant. The event wrapped up at the top of the Empire State Building in New York. Holland joined local fans to show the full trailer. He also revealed the Empire State Building would glow in Spider-Man’s red and blue. It marks the first time the landmark has lit up for a trailer launch.
Four years after Spider‑Man: No Way Home, Peter Parker lives alone. He has erased himself from the memories of those he loves and now focuses entirely on protecting New York City. The pressures of being Spider‑Man spark a surprising physical evolution. A strange new pattern of crimes emerges, creating one of the most dangerous threats he has ever faced.
