This week’s GFN Thursday update has a bit more going on than the usual game list. The GeForce NOW summer sale is now live with discounts on 12-month Performance and Ultimate memberships, Guild Wars rewards are available for a limited time, and eight more games are joining the cloud.
The sale drops the 12-month Performance membership to $64.99 USD and the 12-month Ultimate membership to $129.99 USD for the first billing cycle. That breaks down to $35 off Performance and $70 off Ultimate. Guild Wars 3 is also coming to GeForce NOW at launch, but it doesn’t have a release date yet.
GeForce NOW Summer Sale Cuts 12-Month Prices
The GeForce NOW summer sale is focused on 12-month memberships. The Performance plan is listed at $64.99 USD for 12 months during the sale, with the plan moving to $99.99 USD for 12 months after the first billing cycle. The Ultimate plan is listed at $129.99 USD for 12 months during the sale, with the plan moving to $199.99 USD for 12 months after the first billing cycle.
Performance is the lower-priced paid tier, with no ads, priority queue access, 6-hour gaming sessions, GeForce RTX access, more than 4,500 supported games, up to 1440p resolution and up to 60 FPS. Ultimate is the higher-end option, with GeForce RTX 5080, first priority queue access, 8-hour gaming sessions, up to 5K resolution and up to 360 FPS.
Performance is the cheaper way into the sale, while Ultimate is the one to look at if resolution, frame rate and queue priority matter most to you.

Guild Wars Rewards Arrive Ahead of Guild Wars 3
Guild Wars 3 is coming to GeForce NOW at launch, but this week’s Guild Wars news starts with Guild Wars 2 and Guild Wars Reforged rewards.
GeForce NOW Premium members get first access to the new Guild Wars rewards on June 11. The rewards open to all members on June 12, and availability runs through Saturday, July 11. Members should watch for an email with codes to redeem.
The Guild Wars 2 reward is the Masterpiece Emote Tome, which unlocks after applying the code through an ArenaNet account and logging in. Guild Wars Reforged gets the Vision of Lyssa costume, an outfit that comes with an account upgrade and is claimed through a Costume Maker NPC after the in-game code is redeemed.

Eight Games Join GeForce NOW This Week
Eight more games are joining GeForce NOW this week. NBA THE RUN is one of the bigger names here, especially after its June 9 Steam launch. DOOM Eternal also joins through the Epic Games Store, and The Elder Scrolls Online joins through XBOX with Game Pass availability.

It’s a strong mix for one weekly update, with basketball, fantasy adventure, sci-fi building, online RPGs, shooters and tank combat all covered.
