April ends with a massive boost for the cloud. This week's GFN Thursday update brings NVIDIA Blackwell RTX architecture to nearly the entire library. 16 games join the cloud in May, including major additions like Forza Horizon 6 and 007 First Light.

Ultimate Membership Gains RTX 5080 Strength

GeForce NOW Ultimate members get a significant update today. The power of RTX 5080 expands beyond a specific list of optimized titles. Now, across almost the entire library, members see higher frame rates and more responsive gameplay by default.

Streaming at up to 5K and 120 frames per second or 1080p at 360 fps is now the standard for the Ultimate tier. These virtual rigs include DLSS 4 for sharper image quality and NVIDIA Reflex for reduced latency. It is next-generation performance that works on almost any supported device.

Forza Horizon 6 and James Bond Highlight May

The month ahead is packed with 16 games arriving on their launch dates. Highlighting the group is Forza Horizon 6 from Playground Games, arriving May 19. This time, the festival heads to Japan. The map stretches from the streets of Tokyo City to the snowy Japanese Alps, creating the most vertical world in the series yet. It is ready for Xbox and PC Game Pass members on day one.

On May 27, IO Interactive brings 007 First Light to the cloud. This modern James Bond origin story focuses on stealth and creative action. Players find a mix of stealth and improvisation using a "breathing" gameplay loop to define their own style. 30 Years of Firaxis Strategy

GeForce NOW is also celebrating three decades of Firaxis Games. The studio behind Civilization and XCOM is seeing a growing lineup of classics join the cloud. Throughout May, titles like Civilization: Beyond Earth, Sid Meier's Railroads!, and XCOM 2 arrive as Install-to-Play titles.

This adds to the momentum of the franchise following the Civilization VII Apple Arcade news earlier this year. Steam is also running a celebration sale with discounts up to 90% on these strategy hits.
