Developer and publisher S-Game Studio has confirmed that a new playable demo for Phantom Blade Zero will be available on the CES 2026 show floor from January 6 to January 9 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

There’s no word yet on whether this demo will be released publicly after CES 2026.

Where to Find the Phantom Blade Zero Demo at CES 2026

If you’re attending CES 2026, you can find the demo at the Hisense booth (#17704) at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The playable demo is scheduled to be available during the show dates, January 6–9, with developers on hand at the booth.

What to Expect from Phantom Blade Zero

Phantom Blade Zero follows Soul, a warrior framed for the death of his master and left with a damaged heart that gives him a limited window to survive. Hunted by former allies and pulled into a larger conspiracy, the story is built around shifting loyalties and a steady push toward the truth behind what happened.

On the gameplay side, the focus is fast, weapon-driven combat. The game features more than 30 weapons to wield and over 20 unique Phantom Edges that can be mixed and matched to shape how you fight. Defeating powerful enemies can also reward their weapons and signature techniques, encouraging experimentation as encounters ramp up.

Kungfupunk Style and Action

Phantom Blade Zero draws inspiration from classic Hong Kong action cinema, blending martial arts with industrial machinery and augmentation. S-Game Studio describes this hybrid identity as Kungfupunk, leaning into fast blade clashes, stylized movement, and a world where tradition and mechanical grit sit side by side.

A CES Demo With a Short Window

Because the demo is currently confirmed only for CES 2026, this is a rare chance to try the game ahead of launch. The demo is being shown on Hisense Laser TVs with developers on hand at the booth.

For now, Phantom Blade Zero remains scheduled to launch on September 9, 2026. If you’re at CES 2026, this may be your earliest chance to see how its combat and style feel in playable form.
