Nintendo has officially announced the U.S. launch of its My Mario product line, just hours after My Mario products began quietly surfacing through retail listings earlier today.

Earlier this morning, we spotted the first My Mario–branded product to appear at consumer retail outside Japan through a Fisher-Price Little People Super Mario listing. That early retail sighting now has clearer context following Nintendo’s announcement.

Following its debut in Japan last year, the My Mario series will make its U.S. debut on February 19, starting with in-store launches at Nintendo NEW YORK and Nintendo SAN FRANCISCO. Additional My Mario products will begin arriving at select US retail stores nationwide this spring, with the lineup continuing to expand throughout the year. As of this writing, Canadian availability has not been announced by Nintendo of Canada.

My Mario Is Built for Shared Play With Younger Fans

According to Nintendo, My Mario is a collection of curated products, experiences, and apparel designed to introduce Mario and the Mushroom Kingdom to young children through hands-on play shared with parents and caregivers.

Rather than focusing on traditional gameplay, the My Mario line centres on imagination, interaction, and familiar characters like Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, and Yoshi. The goal is to create early entry points into the Mario universe through toys, books, apps, and physical experiences suited for preschool-age kids.

What’s Included in the My Mario Line

Nintendo outlined a broad mix of physical products, digital experiences, and media launching under the My Mario banner. The announced lineup includes:

  • Two wooden block sets: a Mario Wood Block Set (3 pieces) and a Mario & Friends Wood Block Set (30 pieces)
  • A free Hello, Mario! app for smart devices and Nintendo Switch systems, launching February 19 on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Nintendo eShop (also playable on Nintendo Switch 2)
  • A stop-motion animation series titled “It’s Me, Mario!”, available now on the My Mario website and on the official Play Nintendo YouTube channel
  • A collection of apparel for infants and toddlers, including onesies, sleepers, and outfits for playtime
  • An interactive Hello, Mario! board book by Nintendo, published by Penguin Random House
  • Soft toys that include fun rattles and cuddly Mario plush
  • Bath toys and water squirters from the TOMY Toomies My Mario collection inspired by Super Mario characters

Nintendo also confirmed that My Mario products are being developed with multiple partners, including Mattel Fisher-Price and TOMY, reinforcing the preschool-focused direction of the line.

A Growing Preschool Push for Mario

With toys, apps, books, apparel, and in-store experiences all launching under the same banner, My Mario represents a coordinated effort to introduce Mario to younger audiences through age-appropriate play.

As My Mario products continue rolling out through spring and beyond, it should become clearer how widely the line will be distributed and which products will form the core of Nintendo’s preschool strategy moving forward.
