| LEGO-themed furniture arrives in Animal Crossing: New Horizons as part of a free update. |

If you enjoy customizing your island and experimenting with new furniture, Animal Crossing: New Horizons is about to give you a few more tools to play with. A LEGO-themed crossover is arriving as part of a free update on January 15, 2026, adding new LEGO furniture items to the game.
The update launches with version 3.0 and will be available on both Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition. Once you’ve updated, you’ll be able to buy the LEGO items using Bells through Nook Shopping.
How You Get the LEGO Items
After installing the update, the LEGO furniture will show up in Nook Shopping, which you can access at the Nook Stop terminal inside Resident Services. There’s no real-world cost involved, as everything is purchased using in-game currency.
The LEGO pieces come in multiple colour options, so you can mix and match them to fit different rooms, themes, or outdoor builds around your island.
LEGO Furniture Included in the Update
Nintendo has confirmed several LEGO-themed items you’ll be able to buy once the update goes live, including:
- LEGO arcade game
- LEGO bed
- LEGO DIY workbench
- LEGO fireplace
More items are expected beyond that initial list, giving you additional ways to experiment with LEGO’s blocky look inside your existing builds.
A Crossover That Fits How You Already Play
Instead of pushing new characters or outfits, this crossover keeps things simple and sticks to furniture. That makes the LEGO items easy to drop into the way you already play, whether you spend most of your time decorating interiors, tweaking themed rooms, or just making small changes around your island.
The LEGO pieces look different from the usual furniture, but they still fit naturally into Animal Crossing: New Horizons. They don’t change how the game feels, they just give you another style to play with.
The LEGO crossover arrives on January 15, 2026, alongside Animal Crossing: New Horizons version 3.0.
