Two Styx stealth games are free right now on the Epic Games Store, and you’ve got until January 22 at 11:00 AM ET to claim them. If you’ve ever wanted a sneaky, objective-driven game where careful movement and timing matter more than charging into combat, this is a solid week to add a pair of them to your library.
After that, Epic already has the next free game lined up. Rustler - Grand Theft Horse will be free from January 22 to January 29.

Styx: Master of Shadows
Styx: Master of Shadows is a stealth-first fantasy game where you play as a goblin assassin sneaking through heavily guarded areas. You’re watching patrols, picking routes, setting up distractions, and figuring out how to get in and out without blowing your cover.
This isn’t about charging in and fighting everyone. It’s about taking your time, learning how levels are laid out, and using your tools at the right moment. If you enjoy stealth that rewards patience and clean escapes, this one is an easy grab while it’s free.
Styx: Shards of Darkness - Deluxe Edition
Styx: Shards of Darkness - Deluxe Edition keeps the same core idea, but feels bigger and more flexible, with expanded environments and more room to experiment with how you approach objectives. You’re still relying on shadows, vertical routes, and distraction tools, but the sequel tends to give you more options when a plan goes sideways.
It’s a great pairing with Master of Shadows because you can see how the series evolves, especially if stealth games are already your comfort zone.
