The Sims 4 is diving straight into Bikini Bottom this winter with two new SpongeBob SquarePants themed kits launching December 4, 2025. You can grab The Sims 4 SpongeBob’s House Kit and The Sims 4 SpongeBob Kids Room Kit on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC through the EA app, Origin for Mac, Epic Games Store, and Steam.

As someone who has played The Sims for years and grew up quoting SpongeBob with friends, this crossover hits in a surprisingly nostalgic way. There is something oddly satisfying about seeing a full pineapple house in a Sims neighbourhood or giving a kid’s room that under the sea chaos the show is known for. It feels like the kind of playful creativity that made both series stick with so many of us.

With the kits available from December 4 and a limited-time Bikini Bottom Bundle running until March 3, 2026, you will have plenty of time to bring a little nautical nonsense into your builds.

Build Your Own Pineapple Home

The Sims 4 SpongeBob’s House Kit gives you the pieces to recreate SpongeBob’s famous home at 124 Conch Street. You get Pineapple Under The Sea siding and roofing, a playful Pineapple Topper, and themed walls and floors like Bamboo Block Print, Sun-Soaked Sand, and Sturdy Steel Plating.

You can also bring in show-inspired furniture, including SpongeBob’s Diver Helmet TV, the Foghorn Alarm clock, the Hook, Line, and Sinker side table, the Legendary Life Raft Chair, and a Squidward-style record player. Even the doors, porthole windows, and conch shell accents lean into the theme.

The room includes SpongeBob, Patrick and Sandy designs on bedding and décor, porthole windows, a SpongeBob desk setup, a large Sandy plush and a vibrant rug, creating a full under the sea style play space.

A Full SpongeBob Bedroom for Younger Sims

The SpongeBob Kids Room Kit lets you create a full undersea bedroom setup. You get a SpongeBob-themed bed, pineapple-patterned desks and tables, a clam-shaped task chair, and Gary-themed clocks and lights. Stickers featuring SpongeBob and Patrick add even more colour.

There is also a Krusty Krab replica toy set and a big Sandy Cheeks plush to round out the space if you want a full show-inspired look.
