The PlayStation Blog Game of the Year Awards 2025 results are officially in, and this year’s voting painted a very clear picture. Nearly 1.5 million votes were cast across 19 categories, all driven entirely by the PlayStation community. No panels. No critics. Just community choice.

Rather than run through every medal placement, this recap focuses on Platinum winners only, grouped by theme. It highlights which games defined 2025 on PlayStation, where attention landed, and what people are already looking forward to next.

If you missed it earlier this month, we previously covered when voting opened and how the categories were defined. That breakdown is still useful context for how these results came together.
