GeForce NOW is adding another well-known RPG to its cloud lineup this week. Fallout: New Vegas is now available on the service as part of the latest GFN Thursday update, bringing the Mojave Desert to the cloud across supported devices.

The update also includes Hogwarts Legacy and the LEGO Harry Potter Collection, offering a mix of large-scale role-playing and lighter, more relaxed experiences. In total, five games are joining GeForce NOW this week, covering very different styles of play and time commitments.

Fallout: New Vegas is available to stream through GeForce NOW via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Xbox, with Game Pass support where available. Set in the Mojave Desert, the game follows a courier caught between rival factions, where decisions shape the future of New Vegas. It remains one of those RPGs where conversations matter just as much as combat, which makes it surprisingly easy to enjoy in shorter cloud sessions.

GeForce NOW is also offering Fallout 3 and Fallout 4 as limited-time rewards for Ultimate members. If you have played New Vegas before, this is a good excuse to revisit the full modern Fallout run without reinstalling anything. And if Fallout 3 or Fallout 4 slipped by you years ago, having them ready to stream lowers that barrier quite a bit.

From the Mojave to Hogwarts

Magic takes over the second half of this week’s update. Hogwarts Legacy is available to stream on GeForce NOW through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Xbox, with Game Pass support where applicable. The game can still be claimed for free on the Epic Games Store until December 18, after which it remains streamable for anyone who owns it. Hogwarts Legacy is also listed as GeForce RTX 5080-ready for Ultimate members.

Hogwarts Legacy works especially well in the cloud because it does not demand long, uninterrupted sessions. Flying around the castle, clearing side quests, or poking around nearby areas fits nicely into shorter play windows, which makes it easy to jump back in without needing a full evening set aside.

Also joining the lineup is the LEGO Harry Potter Collection, which bundles all seven years of the Harry Potter story into one package. It takes a much lighter approach to the series, focusing on humour, puzzles, and co-op play. It is still one of the easiest ways to revisit those moments without taking things too seriously, whether you are playing solo or sharing the screen.

Outside the wizarding world, this week’s update also adds Pioner, launching on Steam on December 16, and For the King II, both now available to stream through GeForce NOW. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is also newly listed as GeForce RTX 5080-ready, expanding the number of higher-end titles supported on the service.

GeForce NOW is also marking 10 years of Rainbow Six Siege with a month-long anniversary celebration. Free in-game rewards are rolling out throughout the period, including themed cosmetics and special packs. Even if Siege has been sitting untouched in your library for a while, anniversary updates like this are usually a good reason to check back in.

Wrapping Up This Week on GeForce NOW

With the first episode of Fallout Season 2 dropping earlier this week, this GeForce NOW update feels well timed. Fallout: New Vegas is the kind of game that pulls you back in fast once you start making choices and dealing with its factions again. Having it ready to stream makes it easy to jump back into the Mojave, even if you only have time to poke around for a bit before calling it a night.

Hogwarts Legacy and the LEGO Harry Potter Collection balance things out on the other side. Both are easy to jump into without committing a full evening, whether that means clearing a side quest, flying around Hogwarts, or messing around in a LEGO level. Add in new options like Pioner, ongoing support for For the King II, and the Rainbow Six Siege anniversary extras, and this ends up being a week with something worth checking out, no matter what kind of session you’re in the mood for.
