Intellivision launches Amico Limited Collector's Edition boxed sets of games

Today, 10-10-2021, Intellivision CEO Tommy Tallarico announced the first release of  Amico physical games in Limited Collector’s Boxed Edition Bundles. A total of 50 000 Limited Collector's Edition games have been printed. Each game includes a unique 3-D lenticular card, a collectible coin for each game, and an RFID card that allows a digital download of the game once the title releases on the Amico Game Shop.

What's great about these physical Amico games is that they are NFTs and part of a blockchain. This means that games are transferable and can be sold, traded or lent to friends. Simply tap the game card to your Amico and the game will download and be associated with your Amico. If you want to sell, trade or lend the game you simply tap again to un-associate it with your Amcio and your are set.

You can purchase these Limited Collector's Boxed Edition bundles directly from Intellivision.
