Binge and Ubisoft Announce ‘Driver’ Series

Today, Binge, a highly-anticipated streaming platform showcasing premium original series and shows created for fans of gaming entertainment, and Ubisoft Film & Television, announced a collaboration to bring the driving action videogame franchise Driver to life. The live-action series will stream exclusively on Binge.com and will be produced by Ubisoft Film & Television alongside Allan Ungar and Vincent Talenti for Binge.  Ubisoft Film & Television’s Jason Altman, Danielle Kreinik and Genevieve Jones will serve as executive producers for the series.  

One of Ubisoft’s most revered franchises and first open-world driving action games, the game centers around an undercover agent and ex-racecar driver, John Tanner, whose mission is to take down the local crime syndicate.

Announced during E3 2021, Binge is a new streaming platform that will showcase original premium content inspired by the most popular video game worlds and content creators. Binge is focused on making high-quality entertainment content for gamers – and doing it in a way that respects the fans and the games that inspire them. Led by a team of experienced content producers, united by a passion for games, Binge will be available to stream for free on any Internet connected device when it launches in 2022.
