Tencent Games announced its gamescom 2026 lineup, with more than 20 games and several hands-on experiences planned for Cologne. Its consumer booth will be in Hall 8.1 when the main gamescom show begins on August 26.

The games Tencent has detailed so far include Animula Nook, four Honor of Kings games, and Rust Mobile. Animula Nook is getting an exclusive hands-on demo. Honor of Kings: ACE will be playable for the first time on PC and mobile. Honor of Kings: World will also have a new playable demo.

Animula Nook Gets an Exclusive Hands-On Demo

LilliLandia Games is bringing an exclusive Animula Nook demo to gamescom. The life sim turns everyday objects into parts of its small-scale world. That idea carries into the booth with an oversized Wupa display.

Attendees can also use a receipt camera to pose with the game's Minies and take home a printed photo. Stage activities will include interactive music mini-games, with merchandise available for people who join in.

People who can't make it to Cologne can still take part through an Animula Nook virtual booth. Tencent says the virtual booth will offer the same rewards available in Cologne. Those rewards include Minies Glasses, Wupa Plushes, and a keychain-sized Shrunk Camera.

Honor of Kings Brings Four Games to the Booth

TiMi Studio Group is bringing Honor of Kings: ACE, Honor of Kings: World, Honor of Kings, and Arena of Valor to gamescom.

Honor of Kings: ACE will be playable for the first time on PC and mobile. Honor of Kings: World will have a new playable demo, giving attendees another hands-on option from the series.

Honor of Kings and Arena of Valor will have stage matchups and booth challenges. Tencent is also planning character and cosplayer appearances, themed photo areas, and merchandise around the four games.

Tencent's consumer booth will be in Hall 8.1 at Booth A-051-B-050.

Rust Mobile Expands Beyond the Show Floor

Rust Mobile's gamescom plans continue beyond Koelnmesse. The game is officially licensed by Facepunch Studios and developed by Tencent Games.

Inside Tencent's booth, Rust Mobile will have stage activities, themed prizes, cosplayer appearances, and photo opportunities. Rust Mobile's off-site activities begin on August 24, two days before the main gamescom show opens.

From August 24–30, gamescom Camp ticket holders can visit a Rust Mobile-themed tent at Jugendpark Köln. There, they can play the game, join mini-games, and meet cosplayers. Three Rust Mobile-themed rickshaws will also travel around the gamescom area and Cologne, with a photo challenge tied to a €200 gift card.

Tencent also has a separate business-area presence in Hall 4.2 at Booth B035D. Its gamescom Dev programming covers AI-assisted animation, autonomous AI agents in FPS environments, global illumination, and AI-assisted game testing. LightSpeed's LAP asset-generation platform will also appear, but Tencent's game lineup remains the focus for attendees.

Tencent hasn't named the rest of its 20-plus games yet. For now, Animula Nook, the four Honor of Kings games, and Rust Mobile are the confirmed hands-on focus ahead of August 26.
