Amico Entertainment has released its Summer Update for June 2026, and honestly, this is the kind of Amico news I like seeing most because it starts with something you can actually play. Intellivision Skiing, the company’s new take on the 1980 Intellivision game, is now available on Apple TV 4K through Amico Home. It brings local multiplayer to Time Trial and Ski Cross across 10 courses, with iOS support still coming later.

The rest of the Summer Update is more of a catch-up on what else is happening with Amico Home. Biplanes for Amico Home has moved into beta testing, which is good to see after a longer gap. Finnigan Fox and Evel Knievel are also 50% off on Steam through July 9, 2026, so anyone curious about Amico’s software side has another way to check out two of its games.

Amico says its Android apps are temporarily unavailable on Google Play while the company works through its name change from Intellivision Entertainment to Amico Entertainment, so Android users can get the free Amico Controller app directly from Amico.club for now.

Intellivision Skiing Brings Amico Home To Apple TV 4K

Intellivision Skiing is available now on Apple TV 4K through Amico Home. That’s the part I keep coming back to because it is not just another status note. It’s a family-style game you can play on a screen that may already be hooked up at home.

The game itself goes back to Intellivision Skiing from 1980, but this version is clearly aimed at local multiplayer. Time Trial lets people take turns chasing the fastest run, while Ski Cross lets up to four people race at the same time.

There are 10 courses in total. Two are open from the start, and the rest unlock by clearing time challenges. Amico is also keeping this one simple on the purchase side, with no ads and no in-app purchases listed for the Apple TV 4K version. If you want to play Intellivision Skiing today, you’ll need Apple TV 4K through Amico Home. iPhone and iPad support is still coming later.

Biplanes For Amico Home Is Now In Beta Testing

Biplanes for Amico Home has also moved into beta testing. If you’ve been waiting on that one, that’s nice to finally see.

After waiting this long, I’m glad there’s finally a clearer update. There’s still no date attached, but Biplanes is in beta and Amico plans to share more when it’s ready.

Finnigan Fox And Evel Knievel Are 50% Off On Steam

Amico’s Summer Update also includes a timed Steam sale for Finnigan Fox and Evel Knievel. Finnigan Fox and Evel Knievel are each 50% off on Steam through July 9, 2026. If either game has been on your radar, that’s a decent sale and a good time to grab it.

The Steam sale also gives PC gamers a way to check out two Amico-related games without needing Amico Home. That’s the part I like about it. It’s not just a discount, it’s another way to see what Amico is doing with its games.

Android Apps Are Temporarily Unavailable On Google Play

On Android, the update is more about access than new games. Amico’s Android apps are temporarily unavailable on Google Play while the company works through the name change from Intellivision Entertainment to Amico Entertainment.

That doesn’t leave Android users stuck, though. The free Amico Controller app can still be downloaded directly from Amico.club and installed outside Google Play.

Amico is also looking at direct distribution for paid Android games. The idea is an Android version of Amico Home from Amico’s own site, with purchases and installs handled through the Amico Home Shop area instead of Google Play. That part is not dated yet.

For now, Android users can still get the controller app from Amico.club, while paid Android games are waiting on Amico’s next move with Amico Home. That pretty much sums up this Summer Update for me. Intellivision Skiing is playable on Apple TV 4K, Biplanes is finally in beta, Steam has two Amico-related games on sale, and Android still has some cleanup before everything feels normal again.
