| JSAUX is showcasing multiple sticker skin designs for Steam Machine at CES 2026. |
JSAUX is using CES 2026 to show off a new set of Steam Machine sticker skin designs for the upcoming launch, giving you another way to customize the look of the hardware without swapping parts. The designs range from neon, circuit-style patterns to graffiti-inspired artwork and several “Ancient Rune” variants that feel built for darker, moodier desk setups.
The Steam Machine itself was officially revealed back in November 2025 and is expected to launch later this year, which gives this CES showing some added context. Rather than teasing a future concept, JSAUX appears to be positioning these skins as part of the broader accessory ecosystem forming around the hardware following its initial announcement.
That said, there’s still no confirmed pricing, product page, or release timing attached to the sticker designs, so it’s best to view them as a CES 2026 showcase rather than a locked-in launch just yet.
What JSAUX is showing at CES 2026
These sticker skins are designed to cover the Steam Machine’s front-facing panel. Several of the examples are presented in two looks, one brighter “day” version and one darker “night” version, which suggests the designs are meant to play nicely with ambient lighting and LED-heavy setups.
JSAUX has not confirmed a full list of options, but there are five distinct styles so far:
- Mecha Core (day and night looks)
- Arcade Life (graffiti collage style)
- Ancient Rune: Thunder Sigil (day and night looks)
- Ancient Rune: Ember Core (day and night looks)
- Ancient Rune: Arcane Matrix (day and night looks)
Mecha Core
If you want something clean and techy, Mecha Core is the most “hardware” looking of the bunch. It uses circuit-style patterns and sharp neon accents, making it the easiest design to read from a distance.

Arcade Life
Arcade Life goes the opposite direction. It’s packed with overlapping graphics and colour, echoing the visual chaos of arcade cabinet designs. It suits desk setups that favour bold visuals over a minimalist aesthetic.

| Arcade Life uses a graffiti collage style, offering a louder visual contrast to the Steam Machine’s minimalist hardware. |
Ancient Rune skins
The Ancient Rune set is the most cohesive “series”. They all share the same carved-stone look with glowing symbols, but each one pushes a different colour vibe. These are the ones that feel like they were made for dim rooms, backlit keyboards, and a desk that looks like a spellbook exploded on it.
Ancient Rune: Thunder Sigil
Thunder Sigil is the cooler-toned option, with electric blues and purples that pop harder once the lighting drops.

Ancient Rune: Ember Core
Ember Core looks like it was built for a warmer setup, with orange glow and a more furnace-like centre point.

Ancient Rune: Arcane Matrix
Arcane Matrix sits somewhere in the middle, with a deep blue look that stays readable in brighter rooms and still feels dramatic once things go dark.

Why sticker skins make sense for Steam Machine customization
Sticker skins are a simple way to change the look of a system without committing to a full panel swap, and they’re usually the kind of accessory you can refresh later if you get bored of the vibe. If Steam Machine customization becomes a real trend, this is the kind of low-commitment option that tends to show up fast, especially when people start sharing desk setups and trying to make their hardware match the rest of their gear.
For now, JSAUX’s CES 2026 showing is the clearest look yet at what those skins could look like in a finished style set. If the company follows up with pricing and a release window, this could be one of the easiest ways to make your Steam Machine feel a little more like yours when it launches later in 2026.
