ARC Raiders has crossed a major milestone. Nexon reports the game has now sold more than 12.4 million units, just ten weeks after its October 30, 2025 launch.

Alongside sales, the game continues to pull in a massive active audience. According to Nexon, ARC Raiders reached a peak of 960,000 concurrent players in January, setting a new record for the title well after its release window.

Strong Momentum Beyond Launch

ARC Raiders has continued to build momentum through the holiday period and into the new year. Nexon says the game passed 10 million units sold by the end of December, driven in part by promotions across Epic Games Store, Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox.

Since then, sales have accelerated further, pushing the total beyond 12.4 million. The game has also remained a regular presence near the top of Steam’s Top Sellers chart over the past ten weeks, suggesting interest hasn’t dropped off as quickly as it often does for large multiplayer releases.

Retention And Engagement Are The Real Story

While the sales figure is impressive on its own, the concurrency number tells the more important story. Nearly a million players logging in at the same time, months after launch, points to strong retention rather than a short-lived spike.

That kind of sustained engagement is exactly what publishers look for in multiplayer-focused games, especially in a crowded market where many titles struggle to hold attention beyond the first few weeks.

Built For The Long Term

The game is developed by Embark Studios, with ongoing support coming through regular content updates. Nexon has positioned ARC Raiders as a long-term franchise rather than a one-off hit, and the continued update cadence appears to be playing a role in keeping the community active.

Ten weeks in, ARC Raiders isn’t just posting strong launch numbers. It’s showing signs of staying power, which is far harder to pull off in today’s multiplayer landscape.
