This Week on Stadia: ARK: Survival Evolved w/ PC crossplay in Pro + new games/features

Surprise! ARK: Survival Evolved has been added to September’s lineup of games now available within Stadia Pro, which features support for cross-play with PC. It’s all detailed in Stadia’s blog post, alongside today’s news of a region expansion for Ubisoft+, a Watch Dogs: Legion Free Play Weekend, and a new Stadia feature and offer. 

Five games added to Stadia Pro library

• ARK: Survival Evolved and Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition launch on Stadia today, available to claim for free within Stadia Pro. ARK includes all current expansions and content for the game, and features online crossplay with PC. 
• Joining the above games are Little Big Workshop, Legend of Keepers: Career of a Dungeon Manager, and Wave Break on Stadia Pro - adding more games to the growing library of 20+ Pro titles.
• Correction: Blue Fire is no longer leaving Stadia Pro, as stated last week! It’s still available for Pro subscribers to claim and play.

Ubisoft+ region expansion

• As Ubisoft has announced, Ubisoft+ is now available on Stadia in even more parts of the world. You can now subscribe to Ubisoft+ in every region where Stadia is available.
• Price change - At 8AM PT on Sept. 30, the price for new Ubisoft+ subscribers will rise from $14.99 to $17.99 USD/month. Readers can lock in the lower price by subscribing now.

New Stadia feature, promotion & sale

• Change your username - Readers can now customize their Stadia username and edit it to something new - more details here.
• $10 credit for Pro subscribers - The $10 credit promotion is back for Stadia Pro subscribers (new, current, or former) who never took advantage of it. T&C.
• Indie sale - Use your $10 credit towards more than 20 games on sale in the Stadia store, like Hello Engineer, Cris Tales, or Murder by Numbers.

Watch Dogs: Legion Free Play Weekend

For the sixth consecutive weekend in a row, Stadia is offering free game access for a limited-time to Stadia Pro subscribers - this time, exploring the world of Watch Dogs: Legion for free from 9AM PT Sept. 3 through 7AM PT Sept. 6.
