I can hardly believe that we are getting new courses for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, but the first 8 courses have now arrived. It’s time to dust off your racing wheel and get back on the track!
Today saw the arrival of the new Golden Dash Cup and the Lucky Cat Cup featuring courses from across Mario Kart history.
If you
didn’t play Mario Kart Tour you may be new to 3 of the other courses: Paris
Promenade and Tokyo Blur and Ninja Hideaway, though Ninja Hideaway does not
specify that it originated in Mario Kart Tour and it has been modified from

It’s great to be getting back into Mario Kart. This isn’t the Mario Kart 9 that many people were hoping for, but I for one love that we are getting new life into this game. I will be spending many hours digging into and enjoying these new courses!
The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Pass is available both as a part of the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack and as a standalone purchase through the Nintendo Switch eShop.
