This Week on Stadia: 5 new Stadia Pro games coming March 1, Destiny 2 Witch Queen now live and AC Valhalla free play weekend

Starting March 1, Stadia is adding five games to Stadia Pro for a total of 52 games in the Pro library for subscribers to claim and play. In addition, The Witch Queen expansion for Destiny 2 has launched globally on Stadia and other platforms, and Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is free for Pro subscribers this weekend.

Five games coming March 1 in Pro library

Five games are being added to Stadia Pro on March 1. That includes new Stadia games launching like Race with Ryan: Road Trip Deluxe Edition, Adam Wolfe, Dawn of the Monsters – plus adding Darksiders Genesis and Darkwood for a total of 52 games!

Three games are leaving the Pro library – AVICII Invector (Feb. 28), Little Big Workshop (Feb. 28) and Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition (Mar. 1). Subscribers who claim these games before they leave will keep them in their library to play as long as they have an active subscription.

Demon Veil will introduce new characters like the Japanese Operator, Azami, in addition to an all-new map (coming mid-season), permanent Team Deathmatch game mode, and even more gameplay updates.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Phoenix Point news

Stadia Pro subscribers can play Assassin’s Creed Valhalla for free this weekend - from 11am PT Feb. 24 to 11am PT Feb. 28.

Phoenix Point has revealed Kaos Engines, a vehicular-focused add-on expansion, arriving March 1 on the Stadia store to the turn-based, top-down tactical strategy game.
