The Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Roster is Finally Complete

by Ian Matties

The final character coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has been revealed, and it is Sora from the KINGDOM HEARTS series!

KINGDOM HEARTS was first released in 2002 for the PlayStation 2, and the news that Sora is arriving in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is a great announcement just in time for the series’ 20th anniversary next year.

Being a light character, you might want to avoid being hit, but Sora seems built for airborne combat as several of his sword based attacks are designed to hit enemies into the air which allows for air combos. Sora also has the ability to use his dash while mid-air after using his up-B, this could come in handy if you ever find yourself knocked off the stage.

Sora comes with 9 songs from the original game and if you have save data from KINGDOM HEARTS Melody of Memory you will also receive the song “Dearly Beloved – Swing Version”.
